Apple to celebrate ‘Earth Day’ with 30 minutes workout challenge

On Earth Day, Apple is planning to organize a next Activity Challenge for the people who own Apple’s smartwatches. During the event, that Apple will host on Monday, April 22, participants and attendants will be given the Earth Day 2019 badges if they will complete any workout for a period of 30 minutes, according to reports.

Kyle Seth Gray shared the details of the upcoming event over Twitter. Gray on late Tuesday’s afternoon took the concern to the Twitter and in one of the posts shared the images of the Earth Day 2019 badge that the winners and participants of the event will win. The images that Grays shared also showed iMessage sticker that will also be given to the winners.

As always, Apple organizes Activity Challenges during the holiday season or well-known events. And since a few years, the tech giant is hosting an Earth Day Challenge to make people aware of fitness and health. The goal of the Earth Day Challenge which is completing a 30-minute workout has been similar from past two years.

There are numerous ways in which Apple celebrates Earth Day. On this day, the Apple retail employees are provided with green shirts in order to mark the event. Besides this, Apple each year updates its logo on the retail stores with green leaf accents.

Also, in 2019, Apple organized two more Activity Challenges to mark International Women’s Day in March and Heart Month in February.
